We provide software development, websites, web applications, digital product design, automation, maintenance and related technical support. We do not offer financial, legal, medical or regulated investment services.
Quotes and project scope
Each project may require a written quote, proposal, invoice or service agreement describing deliverables, timeline, revisions, exclusions and payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
Payments
- Payments may be made through approved payment links, bank transfer, mobile money or another agreed method.
- Online payment links should use trusted third-party payment providers. This website does not store card details.
- Unless otherwise agreed, deposits or milestone payments may be required before work begins or continues.
- Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice or agreement.
Delivery and approvals
Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope, client feedback, content availability, third-party services and technical requirements. A project may be delayed if required content, approvals or payments are not provided on time.
After final approval and settlement of outstanding invoices, final project files, deployment support or access details may be provided according to the project agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, images and access credentials when required.
- Confirm that supplied content does not violate third-party rights or laws.
- Review work and provide feedback within reasonable time.
- Maintain lawful use of any website, application or digital system delivered.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver reliable services, but we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party hosting, payment providers, internet outages, client misuse, unauthorized access caused by shared credentials or changes made by others after delivery.
