Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026. This policy explains refunds for custom software, websites and digital services.

Overview

Because Bravon DigiHub provides custom digital services, refund eligibility depends on the work completed, agreed milestones, third-party costs and the project agreement.

Before work starts

If you paid a deposit and no planning, design, development, domain purchase, hosting setup, consultation or other work has started, you may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days of payment.

Milestone-based refunds

For projects delivered in stages, completed and approved milestones are generally not refundable. If a project is cancelled, any refund will be calculated based on the paid amount minus completed work, time spent, approved deliverables and non-refundable third-party costs.

Non-refundable costs

  • Completed design, development, consultation, setup or support work.
  • Approved project milestones or delivered files.
  • Domain names, hosting, plugins, themes, software licenses, payment provider charges or other third-party expenses.
  • Urgent work, same-day work or work started immediately after approval.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with your name, payment date, amount paid, project name, reason for the request and proof of payment. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
